When we take time out in nature it can reflect back to us what is happening under the surface
How’s your sense of vitality lately? Many people speak to me about their challenges and obstacles to doing the things that support their health and brain function. My clients are smart people. They know they need to exercise. they know they need to eat well. They know they need to continue to practice the things that help them to release stress. They want to support their hormone balance and are focused on low tox living. Yet they still haven’t achieved what they want to achieve with their energy levels, mood and brain function. Let’s face it. There are a lot of distractions to good healthy living in our modern day life and high demands on our time. It certainly can be draining. As a kinesiology practitioner, I find that the exhaustion and fatigue is what we need to address first when we are building health and vitality for you to enjoy your life more.
With already low energy levels and a high demand on your time, you want to be discerning about where you put your attention and what actions are going to bring you the most bang for your buck. This is what I love most about my practice as a kinesiologist. I am one of those women who have a lot of passion and purpose and don’t like to waste a minute of my time on things that don’t matter or on things that bring me down. I have been extremely focused and driven since I can remember and Kinesiology was the career move that gave me the ability to support myself and others in focusing on what is true and supportive for health and wellbeing.
It is also why I have developed the option of my subscription site. I have found that having resources for me to focus on empowering myself is extremely nurturing for my personal and professional growth. My subscription site gives areas of health for you to focus yourself on. I have put many years into researching these topics to provide you with the support you need. It also gives you a place to go to for dedicating time and attention on you. It may be with a short meditation. It may be through reading through my intuitive mastery course to grow your intuitive abilities to choose the things that are a number one priority for you. It may be through reading through my lifestyle tools for vagus nerve support and finding some practices that feel truly calming and supportive for your nervous system regulation, which by the way, is always my first go to when I am doing kinesiology consultations for people. My stress mastery course also gives some fantastic kinesiology tools for releasing stress, which is always going to be supportive for building your energy and vitality back up again. Sustaining stress responses in the body is highly taxing on your endurance and your brain function.
I know how hard it can be to prioritise yourself when there are so may things to do and many people to be mindful of. This is why I have also given the option in my subscription site for a phone consultation. When you purchase one of my courses or any of the targeted tools - such as immune system, sleep etc. you have the option to consult with me on the phone. We can then work with your body’s wisdom and identify the top priorities for you to focus your time on. Different things will work for different people. You may have had a lot of suggestions for supplements, diets or other healing strategies, yet just because they have worked for someone else, it doesn’t mean it will work for you. My professional practice has trained me to attune to your body’s wisdom and its preferences to find the best fit for your needs. When we identify exactly what your body needs and what it doesn’t need, it supports you to have a very effective and targeted plan, without you having to waste money or time on things that aren’t working for you. Sometimes the best thing we can do for ourself is to simply stop doing the things that aren’t serving us. We may be able to buy you back some time by sorting through what is not helpful in your life or you health practices.
