KaHuna massage
Simone offers KaHuna massage, a therapeutic full body massage from the Polynesian Islands. This is a sacred massage which speaks to the body, heart and soul. It is a nurturing and rejuvenating experience informed by traditional medicine and heart centred philosophies.
You will find deep relaxation and many benefits to wellbeing in the flowing massage techniques and movement of the joints. It is a beautiful modality for deepening connection with your heart and soul and for surrendering all that gets in the way of freedom of expression in the body.
You may wish to bring along an intention for us to support you with. We use breath and awareness to discover insights for your body, heart and soul. All parts of the body … the skin, fascia, muscles, blood flow, lymphatics and nervous system are nurtured with KaHuna massage.
A consultation involves assessment, massage, towel down and home supports, so allow approximately 15 minutes extra on top of your massage time. $140 for 1 hour, $180 for 1.5 hours

Couples massage
Michael and Simone offer couples massage where you and your partner can experience massage at the same time in the same room. Michael does Swedish massage and Simone does KaHuna massage so you can both share the Soul Nurturing experience as a couple. $200 for 2 people for 1 hour.
